Hi, the honey I purchased this time says American and from orange blossoms and how do they know? Does this matter that it is not wild flower or clover?

No, it doesn't matter.
I love orange blossum honey. They are from orange groves. Where bee keepers help with pollination.
I by local honey when I can to help with spring allergies for me. Especially with how we travel a lot.

Ok, thanks. Makes sense but as specific as the food is, I wasn't sure. We buy local honey as well for us.
