Do gliders feel love and affection towards their owner like how a dog would or do they just see you as something that feeds them?

I'm pretty sure that throughout the day you will get many positive answers to your question.

Gliders are very different from dogs or any other pet you might have, however, IMO and many others, they do indeed show affection especially once that bond is formed with their human.

It is something very special indeed.

Personally, it would come down to how you interpret things.

They definitely form a bond over time, some stronger than others. My Gwynevere gets grumpy & loud if I don't give her enough personal attention, even if it's just her riding on my shoulder while I get ready for the next day. If I'm gone for a time, like on a trip, they act excited to see me once I'm back.

They are not domesticated, so they won't form that dependency & need that more traditional pets will.

The epic saga begins here!
