We had a Joey opp about 5 days and suddenly disappeared. We looked everywhere, figured the others must have eaten it or it got thru the bars of the cage and the cats got it. 6 months later we were cleaning out a pile of donation clothes and found loads of sugar glider droppings from little to big. Could she have survived being that little on her own all this time? We haven’t actually seen her, just evidence that she could still be alive. You’d think she would come out and want to be with the other gliders at night. It would be a total miracle if she was still alive!

A joey cannot survive without its mother at only 5 days OOP.
