Hello everyone!
So my new cage came with a wooden perch. I know wood and gliders don't mix so I was wondering if there is anything I can put on it so it doesn't absorb glider smells?
Thank in advance and have a great day!!

I don't know of anything that would hold up long term. Those perches are pretty inexpensive to replace IF your gliders would even use them. I think most people just toss them or let the gliders have them for a time and then toss them when they become really dirty.

You can probably wash them with hot water/vinegar mix for a while, but eventually they will need to be thrown away.
