Hey everyone...I have a pregnant glider that up until today was acting normal, happy and playful, eating normal. Then earlier this afternoon I noticed she was just hanging out in upper front corner of the cage. My husband walked over and said "hey I see a Joey tail hanging out". When I went over a looked at it there was definitely a tail but the pouch looked stretched out, loose and dry. Which I know isn't normal I just don't know how bad it is. She's still eating and drinking. We just removed her twins from her last pregnancy. So I don't know if this is part of it or not.
Any advice, information or suggestions are very welcome!

She may have just went to be by herself to do a deep clean of her pouch. She could also be lonely from the other joeys being gone.

If she doesn't perk back up I would take her in for a vet visit.

Thank you for your reply. She seemed better last night, running around and playing with her mate. This morning she's not as bad as yesterday but still not 100% herself. I thought she was carrying twins again by how her pouch looked but now it doesn't seem as big..is it possible she lost a baby?

It is always possible. It's also possible they are sitting one behind the other rather than side by side. You will probably just have to wait a while to be sure.
