pouches and blankies so they can sleep during the day with each other's scent. That get them used to their smell. Gliders are very scent oriented.
Also introductions should be done in the morning so they can have the day to snuggle
You may want to try intros on a weekend so you are near and can hear if there are any problems.
That night, be sure to set out 2 dishes so they each have a place to eat in case there are food issues. Place the dishes apart from each other and put in the cage before they wake up.
