No, I haven't. I just figured I did it wrong. My bad for not following through. I did go to their website just now and it looks like he is selling out. Wish I had the time and $$$.....

I apply the sandpaper outside the mesh of the wheel itself so their pads only come into contact with the mesh but their nails hit the sandpaper. The plastic bolts/nuts hold the sandpaper to the mesh -- obviously, nut on the outside.

LOL! Funny not funny! I did this all so wrong and was not comfortable with it on the wheel - inside - so took it off and threw away, smh!  Just ordered more and will put them on right!
