I have a concern about the quality of fabric.
I haven't bought one of these, but I made one similar. I was told it wasn't safe because of their nails getting stuck. They we're right. Their nails so get stuck and have a tendency to pull the fur out which makes the woven fabric underneath accessable. Also the outer side is cotton. It will get holes from their nails over time and the threads come loose. They could wrap around fingers and cut off circulation.
Are you concerned about warmth or just looking for a good pouch?

I agree with Dawn, that material isn't safe. If it was made out of fleece outside and inside it would be safe.
