I am not sure if this is considered an emergency or not but I am freaking out!! I am pretty sure one of my girls is constipated. She woke up tonight and just sat on the branch kind of hunched looking like she was really really trying to go to the bathroom but was not able to. I think she sat like this about 10 min. I just recently switched to the Critter Love diet. Could this be the reason? What can I do to help her?? Please help. I don’t know what to do and am super worried! She seems very uncomfortable!!

I have fostered and/or rehabilitated a variety of animals but I am new to being a glider slave but loving it!

Make sure that her waterbottle is working. I also provide a small water dish in the cage.
For constipation or diarrhea you can give the glider canned pumpkin with no spices.
I know that a can of pumpkin is huge, but you can freeze the rest in an icecube tray and then transfer them to a freezer bag after they are frozen.

I doubt seriously your diet had anything to do with her constipation if that is what is going on. More that likely she is just having a temporary issue like all do from time to time.
However, IF it continues, a vet check is in order.
