Well it sounds like you've hit on all the main ones already <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />. Other proteins I've used on occasion are: turkey, yogurt, tuna, grasshoppers, waxworms, and can'o'pillars (caterpillars). I know some people have fed hissing cockroaches and some other insects too.

I think people give frozen pinkies(baby mice) to preggo gliders for protein.
