Yep the Suncoast diet has been used successfully for years by many. I tried it and none of my gliders would touch it. I bought zoo-keepers secret from exoticnutrition.com. Exotic Nutrition calls it Insectivore-Fare and 3lb. is $13.95. Also, I once got a sample of it included with my order from the Suncoast. It seems like the exact same product is being sold under different names by different companies. I never could get my gliders to go near it so I ended up having to pitch it all.
