HEY! We used to use the orange arasol air freshener (the one in the round white can with oranges on it) at the vet clinic to get animals off glue traps! IT WORKS GREAT!!!! We bought it at Walgreens! It is called Citrus Magic. Link to Citrus Magic Site I keep it on hand to remove adhesives and stickers...

Well, I'm sure it would be better than being stuck on a glue trap. Ick! My American Eskimo dog (think very fluffy white dog) backed into a fly trap in my parents' barn a while back. That stuff is aweful!
Thanks for the tip, PocketPets!

I am one of those unfortunate glider owners who had a glider that found a glue trap (Maui) anyhow, soap and warm water worked for us. He was fine, but I had a lot of war wounds to show for my stupidity.

Probably the same stuff that is in Goo Gone or in De-Solv-it. I have used both on my cats and my kids for glue traps, gum and various other sticky situations. LOL.
