I have never heard of it, but very interesting article! Thank you for sharing it. Probably a very silly question, but actual grape seeds are thought to be toxic for glider's, yet this grape seed extract does sound like a great disinfectant and they repeatedly say it is safe for birds. I just don't know <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nixweiss.gif" alt="" />.

Best thing to clean with to kill Giardia is 4 oz of Bleach in hot water with an anitbacterial soap. Rinse well and air dry. pouches...hot water with antibacterial soap and dry in the dryer as hot heat temp will kill the bug as well.
