Jen, I so admire your strength and courage to write the story of Chronos in this difficult time. He was meant to be with you so that his true, sweet nature could sing and dance daily. He did know, instantly, that you were safe, that you were (are) unconditional love. It's amazing how intuitive animals are. He is a true rescue in every sense of the word, and you are a true angel for opening your heart to him. And then the rescuer becomes the rescued.

He is no longer with you and Clothos in body, but he will always be with you in spirit.

I've been reading through all your recent posts on Chronos, and it seems to me you gave him the best couple years of this life he could possibly had. Perhaps you and Clotho gave him more time of much better quality than he would have had otherwise. I'm sorry for your loss, he is in a pain-free place now, watching over you and Clotho as you both heal from this.

Jen, so sorry to hear about Chronos. I remember the balcony scene at the SGGA, when he came out to visit with us. Going from person to person, stopping to visit for a while and then going on. He was a real sweetheart.
