Im not sure on how he inverted the whole pouch because he had her in the back when he did it and I did not see him do it.
But I do know that when he put the puch back in, he gently pulled on the skin surrounding the opening and it went right back in.

Thankyou all for you concern but since I took her to the vet i haven't had any problems with her pouch.
