I know that there have been many posts about the danger of hampster wheels in cages because feet and tails can be caught. I just wanted to share one more story. A friend of mine has another friend (whom I've never met) with a glider. Last night the glider's foot got caught in the wheel. The glider was spun around in the wheel. When it fell out, it broke its neck and died. Please, please don't use wheels like this in your glider cages!

Thankyou all for your messages...and thankyou Ellen for moving it to the correct place...as i told you in my email to you, i could barely see through my crying to type the message so i pressed the wrong button.
Just thought id let you know me and a friend buried nala in a big nature park down the street from my house last night beside a big tree...so she can rest in a beautiful place and i let her have her pouch from her cage.
But mama glider had a surprise for me this morning, her little joeys head was poped out when i checked on them, just to say good morning to me...which at least put a smile on my face during this hard time of losing my little girl.
Again, thankyou all for your support.
Christine and glider family
