ionizers, air cleaners... #36785

I just got one of those fancy Ionic Breezes and I was wondering just how safe it could be in the glider room. Ionized air is kinda odd and I know it produces ozone as a by-product.... Does anyone use ionizers in their glider rooms?

Also, does anyone use any other air filtration/purification systems?

Previously I used a HEPA filter with a very low powered ionizer and it barely did anything, this Ionic Breeze i'm afraid is just the opposite, too strong maybe?...

Cool, thanks Karen.
What kind is it? Is it very strong?
This Ionic Breeze one is pretty impressive.
It definitely clears out the smell of a room pretty fast

Ill have to check the brand, its not an ionic breeze, mine is too honkin big, cylinder shaped thing about 10 pounds. I bought it for $50 at a liquidation shop, lol. it has a hepa filter and really kicks! If its off for a night, you can tell.

I've had an ionic breeze in the glider room almost since I've had them, and it doesn't seem to do any harm. And the air in the room is good, clean-smelling... I'd recommend it.
