I am having trouble figuring out what exactly to do during the few hours a night I am playing with my glider. I have only had her about 1 mo. so she still sort of ignores me when we are in the same area, but she wont bite or get mad if i pick her up. I guess I am in that middle bonding area where she just doenst care about me. Anyways I dont have a 'glider room' my room is my only room and I dont know what to do with her. She crawls around me and my arms and my big rope chair in my room, but i cant let her go completely for fear she may get hurt or something. What else can i do to entertain her???

Get a Jr tent from walmart. Its like $20. bring some toys in there with you and your glider, zipper it up and you can let her free and play in the tent.

How exactly do you play with them though? I have the tent but I guess I we just sit in there and do nothing. I give them licky treats and try to play with them. But they ignore me just like PhatJ says. What are some fun things you can do with your glider during tent time?

I got some of those feather tickler cat things, with a bell and they like that I shake it and they come over to see whats going on. They also have little barrel of monkeys, I hang the monkeys all around and they go and knock em all off, I'm not sure if this is a fun game or they really hate the monkeys. It's taken awhile to get my gliders playing since they were older and without toys when I got them but I'm slowly finding toys they play with. We also have a great baby rattle they like, it's a slatted cilander(sp?) with a bell inside and they roll all over and shake it trying to get the bell out.
