It is my understanding that each time there are 2 WF parents that is a generation. For example... WF + WF = 1st gen joey 1gen WF + 1gen WF = 2nd gen joey 2nd gen WF + 2 gen WF = 3rd gen joey
At least that is how it was explained to me. HTH

I Think KrysKritters, that that is the way it works except for the 1st gen.. My wfb joeys are considered first gens and they only have 1 wf parent (wf/lion pairing) So, to get a first gen wfb, you need to have only 1 wf parent. If you have 2 first gen wf's it makes a 2nd gen, 2 second gen wf's makes 3 rd gen and so on.. Its so confuuusinggg. LOL A

and then you get even more confusing when you pair up say a 1st gen with a 3rd gen... you would get a 2.5 gen.
a 1st gen with a 9th gen would still only be a 2+ gen.

Ok, I understood the 1+1 equals two, but now ya'll have got me REALLY confused, rofl! I think I'll just stick to lues and if they ever have a WF it'll just be a WF, Haha.
Wowzers, I don't know how they figured all that stuff out. It's making my head spin just THINKING about it!

WF's are actually really easy, lol. The easiest way to think of it is the joey's generation is their lowest parents generation plus one (standards being 0).
So, if you breed:
standard (0) + 1st Gen = 1
1st gen + 4th gen = 2
