I found this cause I like gadgets and I'm a pretty paranoid mommie agree ! I just think this would be a good thing for those of us who can't stay up ALL NIGHT to watch what's going on. Make sure they are being good and I guess kind of knowing their exact sleeping cycle (sometimes I don't get off work until 10pm and get up at like 9am... )

Has anyone used one of these before?

That could be good for Peggy and Jenn's Mac hunt, too.

From the looks and price, it appears to be suited for desk chat etc as the quality isn't great. I know from my own experience, I have a good quality video camera with infra red and even that did not light up a huge area. I had to buy an additional IR lamp for $200 to be able to light up a reasonable distance.

However at that price, I guess it's not a big expense to experiment and have a play with but don't be disappointed if the results aren't fantastic.

There was one that was less quality than that for like 18 dollars.
