From what I've read on here, a warm, damp washcloth. Sort of wrap her up in it and let her wiggle out ...
Then make sure you dry her VERY well - so she doesn't get chilled.
I hope that if I'm wrong, someone else will post soon! But ... that's what I've read on here ...

My 4 week old male did the same thing.... I got out one of my natural unscented baby wipes and cleaned him up.

The night before my baby boy moved in with me he'd taken a bath in his Ensure. I wiped him down with a warm, damp cloth. He was fine.
The trick is keeping them nice and warm until they've dried. Cuddle them in a pouch until their fur is back to normal.

Thanks guys, that's pretty much what I figured, but I wanted to double check...cuddling with her is the easy part...she doesn't let me out her down if I put her back in her little home she just crawls out of her bed and runs back out and right back into my bra again...Thanks for the advice I definitely appreciate it and I'm sure Semper will once she is all clean (but not when she's getting her bath, then she will hate me)

IF you use baby wipes, you need to make sure they do NOT have any alcohol or aloe added to them (most do )... Personally, I use Cottonelle Fresh Wipes (near the TP in most stores)

When I was hand raising Maisie, I used the Cottonelle Fresh Wipes most of the time. When Maisie decided to get more on her fur than in her tummy, I would take a warm wash cloth and gently rub the baby BML out of her fur. Then I would take a very small finger nail brush and gently brush her fur dry while holding her two feet away from my hair dryer on warm and low. Maisie LOVED the brushing and after the first few times, the loud hair dryer (or what she thought was loud) did not bother her. The hair dryer REALLY spead up the drying process and the warm air kept her warm while I "groomed" her.
