I'm sure this has been talked about, but I couldn't find it when I searched for it. But I found the website for 'Glider University' and it is crazy! Like this quote about how gliders will never be domesticated because "the vast majority of sugar glider breeders and owners are unwilling to neuter male sugar gliders. In fact, we know of only 1 breeder in North America who will neuter their male sugar gliders." But I know lots of owners neuter theirs. And they have a whole article calling BML poison! Then say how great Priscilla Price's diet is when neither have acacia and other things you find in the wild which they say is necessary. & they say our 3-4' tall cages are cruel. I'm not even sure who writes this info, I couldn't find a name or credentials anywhere.
Anyways, this frustrates me!!

i think priscilla's diet does have acacia b/c in the vitamins the ingredients are:
Complete Balanced Mammal Multivitamin (including calcium), nectar, bee pollen, probiotics, acacia gum, and herbs

but yeah that site is still pretty much bunk.
i do love priscilla's diet though, it's the only one i'll feed my babies.

Really?? That's kind of odd isn't it? To run a site devoted to gliders and not have any? I'm not trying to be "ugly", that just strikes me as odd...

Oh true!! I didn't think about that! No I love Priscilla's, thats what I use! I was just commenting on how similar they are (i know, there are differences) and yet GU is calling BML poison. I don't care if they are promoting the diet I use, I still don't like them bashing others without real evidence.
