I have some stuffed animals that don't have any tiny beads or eyes that mine do love to cuddle with. I also have the flowers on the posable stem and some that have velcro hands so you can hang them from the top of the cage. Mine love them! The animals are dog type toys.

Beany Babies, definitely not because the little beads inside could pose a choking/blockage hazard that could lead to death if not caught in time.
As for other stuffed animals, I personally do not use them simply because I'm not always sure what they are stuffed with or whether my crew will decide to get out of control with them during the night. They don't usually tear up their things but who's to say there isn't that first time. I would use them for out of cage play time if it were me.
Now, I have used some of the stuffed dog toys to hang and the gliders have actually not paid much attention to them at all past the initial "what's this" sniff
I ALWAYS stay away from stuffed cat toys because regardless of what it says, I'm afraid of catnip as that is fatal for gliders.

I have always thought the beanie babies to be dangerous for the gliders unsupervised as they could get to the tiny pellets inside. Personally, I won't let my gliders have them. SOME tiny dog toys and little stuffed animals are okay IMO. Just make sure they do NOT contain any cat nip (I won't buy cat toys at all for this reason, cat nip is in the same factory as the toys being made) or have any beads, pellets, etc., inside the toys. CHECK DAILY for any loose threads or signs your gliders are chewing.

I don't let my guys have beanie babies, but they love their teeny beanie babies....the ones that came from McDonalds. They have a rabbit, a monkey and a little worm and they play with them quite a bit. At first when I put them in there they would attack them rather roughly, but now they just move them around the cage and stuff them into pouches or boxes. The nice thing about them is that they don't have any beans in them, or glued on parts. And they've held up really well. I just toss them in the wash with all their pouches and they're good as new!

I have used the stuffed dog toys especially the ones that can be hung in the cage/rept. Just make sure they don't have anything loose on them the gliders can get caught in.
The rope toys are good for hanging for the gliders to climb on too.

I have a stuffed dog toy in my gliders cage. They love the thing and always use it to sit on and jump on. They have never chewed on it.
