i am looking to move out of my parents house and in to an aprtment or condo. but my biggest fear is that they would allow my bearded dragon or my suggie. i guess my question is, is it easy to find apartments that allow them? im am looking at ones at the ILLINOIS/WISCONSIN border. and when i do move do i need to leave her be for 2 days like when i first got her?
thank you

Check out the renter laws in your state. In my state, they can't forbid any animals that are caged, since they are unable to cause damage to the house or apartment. The statute states that a landlord may only forbid animals who are generally known to cause damage (dogs, cats, etc.)
