There was a post here a while back where someone showed a way to make a fleece rope that was more than just a braid but rather came out more rope-like....I have searched everywhere and thought I saved it but can't find it....hoping someone can help.......

You can twist fleece to make ropes, I don't know if this is what you were thinking of?

I just braid fleece for my ropes. dunno

If we never loved, then maybe we would never feel pain. Love anyway. It's worth it.

suzsugargliders.com has lots of no sew projects, including rope braids.

The tighter the braid the more rope like it will be. Me I like to do thick ropes braiding 4 strips. It can be tricky but looks so cool.

This was a more special way of assembling fleece that resulted in a more rope like final creation.....I think the person that posted about it was going to demonstrate it at a get together......

it's really easy, you basically just twist two+ pieces of fleece separately in the same direction, then twist them together in the opposite direction. grin
