We are looking at different materials for cage building... they have fiberglass and aluminum screening... is either safe??

Well he came home with fiberglass. I am afraid to use it... help!!! (he is mad and wants to start building!!)

If you are going to be using any type of screening material I highly suggest that you use the heavy duty pet screen material. It is a nylon coated and is even heavier than the material used for Reptariums. The fiberglass and aluminum screening (which is usually used in your windows) actually rips and tears very easily so I would be hesitant to use it just due to that reason.
