I am feeding 2 joeys that are roughly 1 week oop. How much should they be eating?

Also, if they are sick at all and the parents clean them and stimulate them will they get sick to? The parents rejected the joeys but still clean them.

[:"green"]By now, they should be eating .3 - .6 cc's every 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
It would depend on what the sickness is as to whether the parents could get sick from them... Some illnesses are contagious that way and others are not.
