A month and a half ago we posted asking members to no longer post links to online websites for resizing photos due to malware on those sites.
The developer of our software has started a new site specifically for this called cranno. There are many tools you can use at this site and it's all for free. Rick's services are great and this would be the only site I would suggest for this as I know if any problems arise, he would have it fixed in no time.
They have suggested file sizes for images and you can also manually specify the image size you would like. I will be adding the link http://cranno.com on the profile page so users can click there to resize their photo for an avatar with the proper dimensions.
This site offers
- Upload an image(single) or zip archive(Bulk)
- Text Watermarking
- Image Format Options
They do not keep your photos like most sites, they are deleted when your browser session is complete.

Awesome site especially for people like me who know nothing about resizing photo's for posting. It was because of this link that you provided Eddie  that I was able to actually finally post some pictures of my babies here! Thank you so much! This is great for us glider newbies as well as those of us who are photo and computer challanged as well!
