Ugh. Went to pick up the 4th baby today and the girl cut her nails before she gave me to her because they were so long because it was only the third time she was taken out of her from her parents. Only problem is one of her nails snagged or something in the pouch and its just. Hangin there. Looks painful. The girl left it on and said it'll probably just fall off or the baby will remove it herself. She i said could neosporin on it but isnt that toxic to gliders? Should I just leave her be? Included a pic

I would remove it and spray it with Vetricyn or Microcyn. I would not put anything else on it as that could make her start messing with it.

It may or may not grow back. I don't think it is anything to worry about.

If you don't have either of the above, then just use water.

I don't have any of those on hand. How would. I remove it? The site of it hanging and flopping around makes me cringe. frown

Leave it alone then, you could just run her foot under water to rinse it.

She will remove it if it's bothering her.

It either fell off or she took it off the next morning. Found it in pouch. Yay!
