You should call/e-mail next time you are in town! Luckily the last two day's weather has been so nice that I've had the windows/doors open...but, it's supposed to snow tomorrow and/or the next day!!! Ahhh!

hello gretchen long time no see my daughters both go to college in columbia at stephens.Maybe Ill see you around columbia sometime have to see what new babies you have.

No more breeding for me, I got all my boys neutered over a year and a half ago. But I'm almost always around Columbia and always like seeing glider people!

I am in Springfield.We just joined recently after alot of suggie research we decided we are very ready for a few and are excited to be on here .We don't have any yet but are hoping to eventually give a home to a few unwanted or unable to be kept gliders .. After seeing how many are given up figured it was better to adopt one who really needed a good home!

God I love how many glider people are in Missouri. Im thinking of moving but man I will miss having everyone close cause tons of people are in KS too

I live in Warrensburg, MO. I have wanted a sugar glider since I was in High School which was awhile ago. I just got my first little ones about a month ago. I now have 3 suggies. One pair, (Bella and Edward) and one sterile litte male, (Gambit). Bella, has two joeys IP and they should be out the end of April. I am hoping for a female so Gambit will have a cage mate. This site has helped me so much. There are such caring and wonderful people on here.

I live in Warsaw, Missouri and have the honor of being given 2 beautiful sugars, Sammy and Sasha, from my daughter-in-law and son. They have 2 beautiful oop boys that are about 3 weeks old. I have only lived in Warsaw for 3 years and we really like it. Miss the conviences of the big city but it is really peaceful. We moved from Liberty, Missouri for my husband's work. I have several friends that have lived here pretty much all their life - Wallace, Kellners, Adams.

I went to high school will Wallaces and Kellners lol

They are neat families. Patty Wallace is the person that I got my minature schnauzers from. They are adorable!!!

I live in Missouri. I got my first glider just before Christmas. A sweet energetic little boy. I couldnt decide on a name so i have been calling him my Little buddy. At work my husband and all the guys listen to a party line on the radio and he heard a woman was selling two sugar gliders with their cage for $150. so he called, then stopped after work and brought them home for me. They seem very well fed but their poor little feet are a mess, super long claws and some are broken. their fleece pouches in the cage they came in are very frayed and fuzzy and they were getting their claws tangled up every time they tried to climb in or out. I put them in with my male today I didnt relize how lonely he was until today. He was so excited to see another suggie. he was climbing all over them and smelling them. you could see that he was excited. So that is my story. Im kinda new with sugar gliders so im still learning about them.

To all who want to participate... I am having my annual MidWestSugarGliderGetWay on May 15th which is Friday Evening, Saturday, May 16th which is all day and evening till we drop... thru Sunday afternoon,May 17.

Go to the Special Events Forum for details. Last year we had a large turnout of people. Something like 60 people or so came.

If you love gliders, and want to meet some crazy Glider folks who talk nothing but Sugar Gliders.... this is the small event you will want to to attend.

Hello Everyone! I was born and raised in St. Charles County. Grew up in St. Peters, have lived in St. Charles and currently live in Wentzville. I don't have any sugar gliders, yet. I am currently reading everything I can about being a mommy to them, though. So, when the right gliders come into my life, I will hopefully be ready ... or at least as ready as a newbie can be.
