Dj and I have been in our new place for a week now. I have set up the tent once again for the boys to play in after waiting a couple days to bring them out so they can get use to the new place. Well to be honest the cage smells awful! I havent cleaned it because im afraid they would over sent mark because of stress.Do you guys think it would be okay to clean their cage this weekend. I would be cleaning the wire cage, the bottom and their wheels, think they would over mark still??? its horrible and even my family is starting to notice the smell...eeek please help lol!

I would go ahead and clean it but leave a few of their things dirty, like pouches and maybe a few toys that still have their smell and maybe they'll do ok.

At best they will not overmark and worst case they will mark it all and you wasted a little time cleaning. I'd give it a try.

thanks. i'm just nervous about them getting to stressed out from the move. i think i'm going to buy them some toys and a new pouch just as a welcome home present!

Spoiled babies. LOL! I think my guys need something new everytime a new week rolls around.

LOL.i have the hardest time picking stuff out though. i dont want to go through more than one site just for a good old cage set and a couple toys...got any good websites to buy stuff from all together???
