Amie, could you throw me a link to that and how old is it? Is it a newer research on the diets?

no digital link as its in a NOT online journal. Had to get it through the library- it's from a May 2009 article.. so not available online, to get a copy, I had to have it scanned and sent via the library system and interlibrary loan (my school library doesn't get the journal in question.) I'll have 3 copies to share at SGGA.. and we'll go from there. I am very careful about sharing electronic media due to some legal issues in the past. the bad part about Bill working in computer security and my working for an ISP.

Well I would love to definitely at least read it & if you have a copy to spare, that would be awesome.
