hello, as i write this tears are streaming down my face at the loss of my little girl Feona.

Oh I'm so sorry, at 7 weeks oop though baby bml will not be necessary. Most babies are eating on their own and nursing very little. The babies should be just fine without momma's milk. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/heartpump.gif" alt="" />

Thank you for your response. Im just worried thats all. I hope that their daddy will help them with their needs. Some of yall have already told me they will be fine. So, i just have to watch them and make sure the dont get dehydrated and are eating and using the bathroom. Thanks again

[:"green"]I sent you a reply PM about the feedings, but I'll post it again here for you in case you check here first:

Since the joeys are already 7 weeks oop, they should already be started on the weaning process. They were still nursing some though, so you will need to give them either Baby BML, Joey Formula or Ensure as a supplement to the regular foods in the cage. You can see the recipes here: Joey Formulas. Once you decide which one to use, simply put a bowl of it (about 2 Tbsp.) into the cage at night along with the regular foods. They will decide what they want to eat. (The father will eat some of it, too, which is why you are putting in so much.) If you need anything else, please let me know...

[:"green"] I'm sure Chip knows Fiona is gone, but he's concentrating on taking care of the joeys cuz he's such a good daddy... His mourning will come later, after the joeys have left home.
