i was wondering if i can use calcium magnesium (calcium 200mg, magnesium 100mg) or calcium lactate(300mg) for their
diet instead of calcium carbonate?

There has been much debate in these boards as to the substitution of different forms of calcium in glider
diets, but the reason it doesn't get very far is because applying any argument is difficult. We don't know what safe amounts of these other forms of calcium could be used in the
diets to substitute the more familiar forms, namely calcium carbonate.
If you're following one of the accepted
diets listed in the
diet link page here on GC you should stick to the exact brand that is indicated in the recipe.

Are all calcium supplements far or more less the same if used?

Say what?
Calcium existent in its various salt forms have different chemical and physical properties, and digestively are different compounds. That is to say, a teaspoon of calcium carbonate may provide a different amount of useable calcium than a teaspoon of calcium citrate, or a teaspoon of calcium lactate, etc. Though technically the amount of elemental calcium made available through the different calcium salts can be calculated through chemical mathematics, we still don't know how the calcium will interact within the glider's digestive system. A principle called bioavailability is the factor here, as the form of calcium likely affects the amount of calcium absorbed and the rate at which it is absorbed.
