I'm not too sure where in OR you live but I LOVE this state sooo much! I've been here for less than a year. I can't imagine leaving. lol

I live in Medford. I don't particularly love or hate Oregon (though I'd love to be in California), I guess because I have lived here since I can remember, and have low tolerance for cold weather, but I can appreciate the laxity here. I like that everyone kinda takes it slow and let you have what pets you want especially. I feel bad that California is so overbearing with not even allowing permits..

When we mapped the route for my move here, it WOULD HAVE been a shorter drive had we cut through a portion of CA but I was scared that we'd get stopped (like we did in AZ) and searched. I was afraid of having the girls confiscation for being illegal even though we were passing through.

Because of this we added several hours and several more miles to the drive. But you know.. I'm ok with that!
