In my room I have a light bulb that resembles the sun's rays. I was wondering if this would mess with a glider's sleeping schedule. My shade is very thick and keeps the room very dark because the sun makes my room like ten degrees hotter. I pull it up a little at the bottom until I get home, then I HAVE to turn on the light which is like 3 or 4.
It doesn't affect the chins any, but I didn't know if it would affect a glider.

In my sons room where the gliders are, it is light in there during the day even with all the shades pulled down. But it stays a nice temp. In the evenings they get their darkness once he goes to sleep. So, as long as your suggies is getting both light during the day and darkness in the evenings they should be ok. My babies always know when it is time to play by the darkness in their room, as soon as sun goes down they are up playing.
