i CANT BELIEVE it really happened...i'm still in shock!!my mom called me and told me that Sweet Pea her only glider had gotten out, and that i needed to come over and help her look for her...(shes gotten out before) but not for long...so we figured that we would just call for her and she would come running to one of us like normal <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> well 10 mins go by.......no sweet pea....so i went into the room where we keep them and called her for a bit and still got nuthing...For some reason i went to the window to i guess look out and it was then that i seen my cat walking across the yard with her in his mouth.....my mom is just a mess she ran out there and scared him into dropping her...but there was nothing we could do....now i dont know what to do with my mom....i bought sweet pea for her about 10 months ago to help her cope with loosing her only son..and it worked. they took to eachother like white on rice...so thats how my day was and now i just need some help on what do i do now? i'v never seen my mom freak out so bad!!!she wont talk and she wont come out of the room...i feel so bad...so if you have any tips on gettin through this hard time i'd love to hear.... thank you <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crying.gif" alt="" />

Oh my......I'm just not sure there ARE words at a time like this to make someone feel any better. Just let your mom know that when she's ready to talk, we'll be here to listen....and that goes for you too!

I'm so very sorry for the loss of Sweet Pea. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your Mom during this time. With as much as she was loved I know she will be waiting at the Rainbow Bridge to see you again.

Please tell your Mom how sad we all are and get her to read the "RAINBOW BRIDGE". It may give her some comfort.

I am so sorry for all the loss you both have been through. I am sure she is blaming herself for Sweet Pea's accident, but please tell her that sometimes things just happen. Please let her know that we are praying for her and sending heart-healing thoughts. I agree with the others...we are here for her if she will just lean on us.
