I'm sorry but I doubt you'll get to hold any "exclusive" right to that one.

I know that, I would just prefer that the peace signs not be put on if people want to sell it they can. It just took A LONG time for me to find those peace signs. I put it on every one that I make. I'm not trying to hold any claims to the idea itself, just to putting those peace signs on it and then selling it. Does that make sense? I know it sounds weird lol, but I searched for peace signs that would fit onto lanyard clips for a few months. SOO, in other words, I do not care if people make this and sell it, just don't put the peace signs on there.. it's my little trade mark.. stupid I know.

JMO, but peace signs have been used before, so I personally don't think it's original enough for people to need to get your permission to put peace signs on their trampolines and sell 'em..

Never saw it before, didn't know. Just took a super long time to find those peace signs, and I have a bit of an obsession with them tounge.

To be honest, I have never seen a peace sign in any toy I have ever seen. I would love to buy some smile!! All the cage sets I made are in a peace sign fleece tounge.

I just find it odd that you can use Suz's photo (even though credit is given) for your idea and then try to claim no one else can make and sell them, peace signs or not.

Most things that are "exclusive" are very unique, not just a take on someone else's idea. Such as the Sissy Pouch or so many of Karin's fabulous Floppy pouches (and so many other awesome things).

I'm not trying to be rude or hurt your feelings, honestly. I just see so often when someone gets upset over an idea that really isn't original.

Oh, and Connie (suggiemom_1980) has quite and obcession with peace signs too!

OMG I LOVE PEACE SIGNS LOL laugh.. she's got good tastse wink heh.

You're not being rude, I understand, and I made sure I gave credit to Sue. I would have posted my own pictures but I can't find my cable.. I'd lose my head too if it weren't attached.

If I thought it was an 'original' idea then I would be a complete moron lol. And if I didn't want to share the way I made it then I wouldn't have posted it. I don't know.. I guess I really don't care at all if people make them the same way and sell them. I'm just so used to people on here/anywhere taking claim to anything and everything (even if they weren't the original makers), that I started doing it myself (monkey see monkey do I suppose).

I never said my idea was new and original. And I'm sure people have done something similar with making a trampoline a lounger as well (I used a wodent wheel panel so suggies can sink in and lounge on it too tounge ). I guess I just like the peace signs and have never seen any other toys/toy ideas with peace signs.

I don't know if any of that made sense.. I'm on a medication and can't tell my head from my butt lol.

Feeling kinda dumb here....

How do you make a pom-pom where the fleece strips Don't Pull Out?

I made a pom-pom and used long strips of fleece to tie so I could braid it. The girls love it!

Problem? The girls also LOVE TO PULL THE FLEECE OUT! shakehead Yeah...the pom-pom isn't so pom-pomy anymore!

Any tips?

I take strips of fleece poke them through the holes, take a screw driver and push the other end through the nearest hole. Then I just double knot it. It takes a while and it's time consuming, but it holds up well laugh.

i would ask, that at this time, please do not recreate my CHIPETTES unless it is for personal use. in the future i plan to sell them as i get more parts and better ideas. i reserve the right to change my mind at any time.

i do not have photos at this time, but it is a simple process.

**how to make a CHIPPETTE such as the clear and black shown**

Items You Will Need:
- 30 clear pony beads
- 30 red pony beads
- 5 black poker chips -hole pre drilled in middle-
- craft lace, any color -i used black-
- key chain ring & lanyard hook
- bell
- scissors & lighter

Step 1: measure craft lace, cut. fold in half & make a loop, hold up to the key chain ring, slip the opposite end thru the loop you have made, making sure your key chain ring is in the middle. clip lanyand hook onto key chain ring

Step 2: count out 10 clear beads, string onto craft lace

Step 3: string 1 poker chip onto craft lace

Step 4: count out 10 red beads, string onto craft lace

repeat steps 2-4 until you have used all beads and all poker chips; alternating pony bead color

Step 5: after you have used all beads & poker chips you will string the bell onto the lace all the way to the last bead. use 1 end of both strings on opposite sides of the hole in the bell. wrap through the hole in the bell several times. pull as tight as you can while doing so. ***make a knot.*** shove the ends of the lace back through several beads. cut lace so that it stays in the beads and can not come out.

Step 6: i use the lighter to light the knots to make it WARM & squeeze the knots between my fingers so the knots can not come undone. BE CAREFUL. [this can take some getting used to doing]

Step 7: hang in cage and enjoy!!

*** i can't remember if i made a knot or not. experiment with the end a little until it works. if you do not wish to shove the ends into the beads but wish to have a little tassle, make the knot and let the ends hang down.***

thumb remember, as always, be creative !! try different things to add on to your Chipette.

Holly I hate to tell you but your chippettes are in no way an original idea. I have made many of these over the past few years. You can not forbid someone from selling an idea that is not original.

Really? Where are all of these toys lol, there's poker chip toys, peace sign toys, and I seem to be blind as a bat because I never seem to see anyone making these things.

never heard those called that, they just call them bell toys in my house; guess theres alot of toys with bells on it so it would get confusing.... cool economical idea for a sugar toy, never tried it. do they like em?
