These are step by step photo instructions for making satalite ecollars. You can use the plastic from a 2 liter soda bottle or a flexible cutting mat (found in the kitchen section at walmart) or even a piece of plastic from a "to go container". As long as it is a flexible semi- rigid plastic that doesn't bend to easily. Dr. Scholl's Mole FOAM Dr. Scholl's Mole SKIN Electrical tape (works best but you can use cloth first aid tape or duct tape) Sissors CD for outside pattern measurement Dollar coin (old size, not new size) or similiar sized object (shot glass maybe?) for center hole. Pencil or marker to mark pattern on plastic.  Larger individual images can be seen HERE
