I know there legal in the state of Illinois. But what about certain citys or towns. Would i need a permit to have a pair of sugar gliders in the city of decatur any help would be great I know of a vet that deals with gliders in Decatur so i would think there Legal in decatur right

You might ask the vet if sugar gliders are legal in Decatur - I think the vet would probably know if he/she was practicing there. In general, gliders aren't a problem in Illinois.
