Many gliders chew their pouches. As long as they are not ingesting them (which more than likely they do not) they will be fine. Of course any type of ingested material can cause a blockage. Offer more blankets in the pouch as they are probably trying to bury themselves. Also provide some toys and branches they can also chew on.
