The products shown are all very fine screen like you would find used for window screens. The stainless steel would probably be safe.

The one shown toward the bottom of the page - the black epoxy coated wire would also be glider safe but the dimensions given for the openings indicate that this is also a fairly fine screen and not a large opening mesh that the photo seems to illustrate.

Quote:
Metal screen with epoxy coating has better durability against corrosion and rust than the galvanized wire screen. It has two advantages: the best visibility among metal screen and does not fray.
Specification
Mesh opening 1.6mm × 1.8mm

1.8 mm is only 0.07 inch

You would also need to be very careful handling the epoxy coated screen. Epoxy is like a painted finish and bending the wire might crack the finish and make it more likely to chip and might allow rust to develop.

These fine mesh screens would prevent you from handing your glides treats through the bars. You definitely would need to hang everything from the frame of the cage if you used this type of screen.

Would this be a problem with the stainless steal wire? I have been looking for something stronger than pet mesh you would find at home depot ( looks stretchy ) but something glider safe to!

I don't know if they could comfortably climb it. It's made to keep insects out. Pretty small mesh. I would be concerned with their nails getting caught. I think if you got a ruler out, the mesh in the picture is expanded to show detail. Stainless steel wouldn't be very flexible if a nail got caught.

I Might be looking into closet shelving as a screen for the cage I will be building seems like it would be the most sturdy and easy to clean
