I am unable to post in "Texas" thread. Is there a special handshake that I need to know?

You know how on this thread you get the "new reply" on the top and reply/quote/quick reply/etc in each post? I'm not seeing any of that in the Texas thread. Unless there is another way of replying in the thread.

Scroll down to the bottom and there should be a "Quick relpy" box you can use to post.
