Is it possible to have the humidity in my glider from too high? During the winter I have a cool mist humidifier on to keep the humidity around 40-50% but now that it's gotten hot in NY (high 80's the last few days) the humidity is at around 60 without running the humidifier. Can it get too humid and hurt them? Also their room is 80 right now. I've seen some people say they don't let it get past 80 and some people do. I just put a small a/c in the window to bring the temp down a bit because they weren't moving around a whole lot. Thoughts on humidity and temp?? Thank you!

Gliders normally acclimate to whatever temperature you are comfortable in, however, I also put a small window unit in my glider room.

Humidity can be a problem for gliders as well as humans because moisture breeds mold worried I ran my dehumidifier in the months with the humidity was high. Fortunately, I live in Arkansas, so there wasn't the need for a humidifier in the winter.
