I just scramble some eggs for mine... but I find they seem to like boiled chicken better.. mealies are still the favorite though.

You can like suggested above, scramble them or you can boil them. Which ever way you decide just make sure you do not use any oils or seasonings..just plain simple eggs

Oh, and make sure they have cooled down before giving them to the gliders.

Easy way to scramble the eggs. Put them into a bowl, scramble with a fork and throw it in the microwave for 45-60 seconds and it will be done. Careful getting it out... gets hot. But super easy. I have one glider so it lasts a couple nights. I am careful to make sure it doesn't last too long... eww... cooked eggs go bad faster than raw eggs in the fridge.

The amount depends on what diet plan you are feeding. How much was suggested in the one you chose?

The rule of thumb per glider is..
1 Tablespoon of the BML basic mix,
1 Tablespoon of fruits,
1 Tablespoon of veggies
Insects

Thats what the site says

you don't need an extra source of protein with BML... the insects are more for teeth cleaning than anything else...

BML has eggs in it. You don't need extra eggs.

The BML is the protein (as well as vitamins and calcium) source. You don't need to provide additional protein.
