I am asking about a three year old neutered male sugar glider who has bald spots on his head in two patterns above the eyes.

He is over grooming above his eyes.

Does he have a buddy?

A Wheel?

You could add foraging toys to keep him busy.

I am moving this to Behavior & anatomy.

I have not witnessed him over grooming, yes he has a female companion, yes he has the wheel from critter love, he has tons of toys that we rotate to prevent boredom and to clean them them with vinegar and a mild all natural soap.

Maybe his little woman is over grooming his eyebrows.

I usually don't worry about a little missing hair.
