Newbie here. Some Critterlove questions:

Is my addition correct - for 2 gliders, a 1lb bag of Critterlove Complete would last approximately 3 months? That seems like a long time so I don't trust my math. (I can write you a novel but can't add and subtract my way out of a paper bag)

How long will an opened bag stay fresh if kept in an airtight container?

And should the calculations change based on the age of the gliders? Mine are just OOP.

How long can the salads be frozen and not get slimy? Can they be made monthly? Because it feels like they would get slimy in the freezer that long. (the plan would be to choose two salads a month and make two weeks supplies of each and freeze - that way I could alternate between two salad mixtures daily for that month. But maybe I'm completely wrong about the freezing ability. Sigh)

Are the CL kibble selections just a preference thing, or does any one have more nutritional benefit than another?

Thanks in advance!

Approximately 3 months.

How long will an opened bag stay fresh if kept in an airtight container? Stored in a cool dry place it should be ok for the three months.

And should the calculations change based on the age of the gliders? Mine are just OOP. Those amounts are for adult gliders.

(the plan would be to choose two salads a month and make two weeks supplies of each and freeze - that way I could alternate between two salad mixtures daily for that month. But maybe I'm completely wrong about the freezing ability. Sigh) With only two gliders, I would make 1/2 of a batch of salad at a time. The salad won't get slimy but it could get freezer burn left in the freezer too long. Make 12 of a batch.

Are the CL kibble selections just a preference thing, or does any one have more nutritional benefit than another? It is a preference thing, my gliders will not touch the fruit flavored kibble.

Thanks in advance!

I give my joeys the adult amount. I would rather give to much than not enough.

You normally will not need to worry about a glider gorging themselves... they'll eat until full. I actually worry when mine do not have some left in the morning.
