Hey there! So I've owned gliders for about 10 years now and for the longest time I've only had two males, a father and son, both neutered.
I recently found a very reasonably priced neutered male leucistic boy and had to have him. I adopted him and hoped for the best, but introductions did not go well at all.
I felt guilty and selfish for separating him from his family and putting him in a cage all by himself after my boys rejected him, so naturally I went back to where I got him and also adopted one of his cage mates so he wouldn't get sad.
This left me with two cages, and 4 gliders all hating the opposite colony.
About a week later, a woman I was in contact with and coaching through raising a new Joey and her first pet sugar gliders contacted me and admitted defeat. She begged me to take her male, female and Joey with a cage because she couldn't take proper care of them.

So now I have 7 sugar gliders in 3 different cages.
All males are neutered.
Cage 1: nova(male, 5yrs old) and Pluto (novas father, 7yrs old)
Cage 2: Polaris (male, 2 yrs old) and Celeste (female, 4yrs old)
Cage 3: Mars (male, 2yrs old), Terra (female, 4yrs old) and Jupiter (female Joey, 2 months old)

So far Polaris seems the most friendly, and mars gets on fine with Polaris and Celeste on neutral ground.
Nome of the other gliders get along in any scenario and I haven't yet introduced jupiter to anyone as she's still a bit young and dependant on her parents.

All the cages are situated very close to each other in the same room (my bedroom so I can keep an eye on them)
I have done pouch and cage swapping between cages 1 and 2 but havent with the new family so as not to aggrivate the Joey.

I would really like to speed along the process of having them all get along as I want to be able to let them have free roam of my room without them attacking the others through the bars of the cages.

Does anyone have any advice or suggestions?
I give them all the same amount of attention, the same food, and try new intros every weekend but they always ball up.

When you do introduction are you doing them in the morning when they want to sleep?

Are you doing intros in a neutral area?

Is it just one that seems to be the trouble maker?

Yes in the morning in the bathtub. They all seem to be unhappy about it. Polaris just runs away, Nova and Pluto both attack, and Celeste will fight back. Mars attacks Nova and Pluto but not Polaris or Celeste, and Terra attacks anyone.

I would give them a break from intros for a little while separating the colonies for a bit so they are further apart. sounds like everyone is territorial so maybe some space and more slowly moving the colonies together would help. I would think your best bet is to focus on trying to get cages 2 and 3 together first but I would wait until Jupiter gets a little older.

If Mars gets along with Polaris and Celeste you might want to move him over alone once Jupiter does not need him. Then try to shift the others over one at a time.

I was optimistic that my two boys would get along with my two girls but it did not work out well at first. You can read my story here: http://www.glidercentral.net/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/1419395/1

I know how frustrating it is to try to give play time to two colonies. Three must be really hard. Can you set up another room as a play room? When my gliders were at odds I could not let them do free play in the room because they would climb on the other cage and cause problems. I had to play with them in my mosquito net tent to keep them from harassing each other.

Give them a break and read my article. Pay attention to the part about leaving the aggressive glider live alone for a couple weeks. Here is my article: http://www.glidercentral.net/ubbthr...roduce-gliders-to-each-other#Post1407885
