If Crispy and Mister poop in some of their food dishes does that mean they don’t like those foods?

Nope. Just a place to poop...

They could be pooping up over the dishes and it lands in the dish.

One of mine pooped in her dish 3 days in a row. Then stopped.. dunno who knows... :rofl2:. shakehead

Yep it's normal😞. Mine often poop while they are eating. Something going in, and something coming out. Depending how and where they sit, it sometimes gets in the dish and they sure don't mind, haha.
