I buy any store brand spring water. If we're traveling, I get it by the gallon.
Just don't use distilled water. Gliders do require minerals like we do in our water.
There is a place and time for distilled. But not for every day use.

Depending on where you live some use tap water one of the problems with that is whether or not they add fluoride (not good if they do) and chlorine content.. I happen to use well water that is treated and tested regularly (once water has been treated, I wait 3-5 days before I give it to the gliders unless I boil it first.
When we are traveling, I always use bottled water. Store brand is fine. It can be Spring water, drinking water, or purified water.
Just not distilled water (distilled has no minerals, therefore the body can't use it without the minerals. You can actually become dehydrated no matter how much you drink.)

Is Pure Life safe? It contains “ Purified Water, Less than 0.5% of Calcium Chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate, Magnesium Sulfate.” Or is one that says under ingredients “spring water” better? It has no minerals, does needs minerals only apply to distilled? I get a lot of mixed opinions on minerals being good or bad. Are ones labeled as unflavored better? Can minerals come from their diet other than water? Should I do a water with some minerals in some of their water bottles/silos and no minerals in one/a few of the others to balance it out? Ca they tell the difference and what’s good for them? Thank you for answering so many of my questions, sorry there are so many. I hope I’m not disturbing you

Not a problem. Basically it's water that has been treated for safe consumption, long term storage and good taste. It's what we need and what they need. Just like us,, gliders have many sources of fluid intake if given fresh clean water and they're on a good diet that includes fresh fruits and vegetables.
